Well since you have all your licenses and experience then I would start by asking them questions and throwing in some keys words/terminology and carriers names that you are familiar with that the general broadcast wouldn't be aware of. Start by doing investigating the employer and if they pass your test and you feel comfortable selling insurance over the phone (cold calling) then go for it.

    Don't leave home without it………….

I reccommend this above the others. With the others, a committee evaluates the claim and decides if it is in fact payable. This, more like the ancient BLE insurance, is a right insurance.

Of course none of them will cover a speed volation or a violation of rule "G".

I know that in the past, the others (UTU and BRCF) have have denied claims where similar infractions have occured in fleeting time span. The thinking there is, well, Joe saw Bill get paid for his small contretemps, so Joe is just trying to milk the cow. CLAIM DENIED.

Even if you had money and a job, the medical profession does not do well with RA. It is due to an infection in the bone. You could always question Obama to donate some money; he seems to reckon he has all the solutions to the medical problem. NOT. If you lived in England, you could wait two years and get some free medical help that would give you "make believe health."

A few things you could do to help your situation is to eliminate red meat out of your diet for a while in anticipation of the problem reduces; eliminate ALL sugar from your diet, especially high fructose corn syrup that your body has to digest really different than sugar. It is toxic to the body and contributes greatly to arthritis. Get fully hydrated.

The average self needs water at the following rate:

Take your total body weight and divide by 2. That number is the amount of water in ounces that you need to drink each and everyday. Along with that, you should consume 1/4 teaspoon of "air dried sea salt" in conjunction with each quart of water you drink. This puts the electrolytes in your body that will give you proper hydration. The typical white table salt you buy in supplies like the Morton Salt, for instance, is terrible for you and has loads of chemicals added. Avoid that junk. If you drink ANY diuretic drinks like, sodas, coffee, tea, alcohol, commercially prepared fruit drinks, energy drinks, etc., these all dehydrate you and you will need to add more water to the total to compensate for the water loss due to these diuretic drinks. Take the total ounces of the diuretic drinks and multiply by 1.5 and add that total to the first total to come up with the proper amount of water you need to drink each day.

Make sure you are NOT eating the Morton type salt, but that you are eating the excellent "air dried sea salt."

Picking up a can of corn is terrible in many ways. You should not be eating ANYTHING from a can or package. All that garbage has very small nutrition in it and is toxic in many ways to the body. Eat fresh foods and stay away from the other junk. If you eat in this area 50% or more raw food, you will see fantastic improvements in your condition and that does NOT cost you any more than what you are spending on junk. If you can find it, get some alfalfa in your body because it will clean your blood and has lots of minerals.

    excellent luck to you

The simple ones to get, are inspecting houses – they usually pay $15 a house, and you have to get there and get the paperwork turned in within 3 days. It's NOT a huge moneymaker.

The harder ones to get, you need some kind of risk management or loss control experience – commercial inspections. They'll pay more, maybe $100 per inspection, but it's really in this area marketing yourself to local brokers. And they won't send affair your way, unless you have a risk management/loss control resume that indicates you know what you're looking for, in a wide variety of commercial risks.

I agree that it is wrongful termination to fire you BECAUSE of the accident. But probably what you really have here is a disability which caused you to be unfit for the job, which means you should be getting disability insurance payments and all of that. You really do need to get all the paperwork on this together and talk to someone who understands these things. If you feel you can't afford to hire a lawyer, go to a plaintiffs' attorney who specializes in workers compensation cases. They take their cases on possibility, and are paid a percentage of your agreement. That is, you don't have to have the money now.

My question is this: since you were already told that the term is "wrongful termination," what question remains to you other than to go ahead and all an attorney? What more are you expecting from strangers over the Internet?

  • Mimi Says:

Go to the welfare dept. like your first answer said. I totaly agree with that.
There, they can set you up with a house maybe too, or atleast an appartment that's based on income (no income, no rent) there are places liek that.
They will get you on insurance for sure & food stamps too, probably.
In the mean time, maybe you can try to find a close relative to help you out in anticipation of then?
I wish you & your baby the best of luck. You're both in my thoguhts & prayers.

Hi, Id suggest you look around in the internet for services around your area. Check out this link http://www.fsasf.org/programs/adults.html Its a website just for people in San Francisco. It all depends on how ancient you are and personal situation. If you are 21 and under you might qualify for Medi-Cal through your local Social Security or Social Servics office. If you don't qualify for that you can get a referral from your SSI office for a MSI program. That is for people 21 or 22 and up. With a limited income or non at all. This program offers free andlow cost medical services. This is how it works over here in the OC I don't know how San Fran. works. Excellent Luck!

    Sure.

But what KIND of job are you looking for? Do you have the skills/experience for the positions you're applying for?

Keep in mind, there have been TONS of layoffs in the insurance industry, so there is currently heavy competition for jobs

  • Kelli W Says:

You need to tell them. They need to set up the order that your insurances pay (primary, secondary, tertiary).
If you do not tell them, they WILL find out then you'll be in a huge mess. They will request all payments they have made to doctors and facilities back to figure out who is responsible and go over every claim you send in with a fine tooth comb because now they know you will lie to get something. You make a mess not only for the insurance companies, but for the people as long as care and billing for you.
